"Hurt" to utwór amerykańskiego zespołu rocka industrialnego Nine Inch Nails z drugiego albumu studyjnego, The Downward Spiral (1994), napisany przez Trenta Reznora. Utwór został wydany 17 kwietnia 1995 roku jako singiel promujący album. W 1996 r. piosenka otrzymała nominację do nagrody Grammy w kategorii najlepsza piosenka rockowa.
